How To Make Mickey Bread

 To make Mickey bread, you will need the following ingredients:

-All-purpose flour

-Instant yeast

-Sugar

-Salt

-Warm milk

-Egg

-Unsalted butter


Instructions:


        1 In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 1/2 teaspoons of instant yeast, 2         tablespoons of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of salt.

          2 In a separate bowl, mix 1/2 cup of warm milk, 1 egg, and 2 tablespoons of melted unsalted butter.

           3  Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.

            4 Knead the dough for about 8-10 minutes, until it's smooth and elastic.

            5  Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

            6 Divide the dough into two equal parts and shape each into Mickey's head.

            7 Place the shaped dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes                   or until golden brown.

            8 Let the Mickey bread cool completely before serving. Enjoy!
